Withdrawal Form

Orion Christian Academy is not for everyone and we understand the need to change learning environments. Upon withdrawal, please be sure all outstanding fees are paid. Grade reports will be released when the balance is paid in full. Please also understand that your child is cordially invited to continue participating in a variety of OCA activities. The Orion Academy Choir, however, is reserved exclusively for students actively enrolled in OCA as it is a public representation of the school. Thank you for your understanding. May God bless you!
